Every Ultimate setup is planned with you before installation. Our team will call to confirm placement, stand and livestock after you order.

  • Mumbai & surroundings: free delivery and installation, usually within 2-3 business days of processing. We schedule a time that suits you.
  • Rest of India: insured shipping, typically 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Processing: orders are prepared within 2-3 business days; larger or custom setups may take longer and we will confirm a timeline.
  • Damage in transit: report within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

  • Keep the aquarium away from direct sunlight to avoid algae.
  • Feed fish lightly once or twice a day, only what they finish in a couple of minutes.
  • Change about 20-25% of the water every week with dechlorinated water.
  • Rinse filter media in tank water, never tap water, to protect beneficial bacteria.
